    Yes, I have always wanted to say there is a very beautiful building. However, once we got there, we went to a room without a map that I asked for. Found our room took a little effort, check everything out there was mold in the bathtub. There was three squares of toilet paper, which made me question whether the room had been cleaned or not there's no coffee by the coffee maker or anywhere really so I attempted to call the front desk. No answer multiple times, both numbers they have nobody would answer. There was ***** stain on the chair which was ridiculous. In addition, there was no maps on the doors either telling you the escape plan or where you were in the place. This is a very large place so we attempted to go back down to the office. The lady there ***********. I told her there's no way I'm staying here. I showed her the pictures that I had taken of the room. I asked her if the room has been cleaned she didn't know I just told her I wanted my refund my money back on my card. She informed me that I have to do it through *****************. I called them she disappeared could not find her anywhere ***************** needed her to do something on the computer on her end she wouldn't come back she did leave me with the managers phone number, but she refused to give me the owners name and number so I called the manager he informed me that if I don't leave right now that I would not get a refund and hung up on me, I called again and stated what **************** was saying. That they needed to do something on their end. With no resolution, we were attempted to leave. I **************** man came cursing at us telling us to leave. I asked him if he worked there. He said he was on the clock, but we needed to leave so we went to the police station. I will never stay in any of this persons hotels again. I want my money back. I recorded the whole thing from the time we left our room to the front desk back up to her room to get her things an outdoor car and I would be happy to share them with anyone. Thank you.
