    This place has a scam kind of feel. I have renewed my stay only to get charged twice and merchant can not see the double charge and says dispute the charge with my bank. I relocated here from Colorado and this has been the worst that I have ever seen...rudeness also is part of the deal....Merchant refused to fix the issue and Whydam reservations is just as worse....Now I have to wait for the pending payment to go through to get my money back....grannies were looking forward to the carnival and this bull occurs....Anything goes at this establishment, even when you request a room that allows smoking and get a non- smoking room that you can smoke in......I did not know this establishment had so many family owned ISSUES.... Did not care to figure out extra room charge and did not know if that was my last Smh.....Never again!!!.....

    Awful and disgusting! Unsafe - no smoke detector, missing drywall, floors so dirty a gas station bathroom would've been cleaner - hair dirt everywhere. No coffee, no ice, no breakfast as advertised.
    Asked for early check in and was told no problem then Charged for two nights - staff refused to refund one night even though we stayed only one.
