    Owner is racist, rude, puts his hands on customers, and takes their money and then kicks them out. And/or refuses your money and kicks u off the property for no reason, especially if you are the a woman and. Don't cause any issues. And he's worst if your a resident, place is nasty roach infested, mice, sewer backing up in rooms. if you work for him he underpays you still charges you full price for your room to live in, does tax fraud on your taxes and when in trouble sells the property to a family member.
    this place just got its license pulled and he still rented rooms out when told not too. Now he is wanting to make place (that condemned) into apartments.
    This owner owns other hotels motel 6 (2 more in Topeka, one in Nebraska, and other states. I will never spend my money at any of his business, I hope all of them gets closed down.
