      About a third of neighbors tree fell and did damage to her home. She filed a claim with her insurance company which is Kansas Mutual Insurance and her agent Mike MCcarty. She told her agent tree was going to fall over and could do damage to neighbor home. I happen to own the home as the neighbor. 8 days passes and tree was not cut down. Lady called a tree company but for some reason it was not acted on fast and treated as an emergency which it needed to be. A storm passed 8 days after the neighbor tree fell on their home and the rest of tree fell over on my home. Clear negligence that Kansas Mutual should cover. Called and spoke to the company and Mike. Just got off the phone with Mike and he said they would not cover and I need to file with my insurance company. Look forward to winning this case in court if need be. Money ready for a lawyer can’t stand unethical businesses and situations. Stay away if believe ethics should be involved with the companies you choose to do business with.

      They are absolutely worthless. They do not pay out. Do not have them as your insurance company.
