    I am rejecting this response because: that is the same old song and dance. He has said that entire time he’ll have another excuse about his mowers breaking down or something else or he always has excuses. I’m done with excuses he did it. He knows it. I just honestly believe he doesn’t have insurance to pay for the damage, he even told me about a walk-through window that one did so I’m not gonna do this. He said she said thing and I’m playing no more of his games. He says one thing and he does another he doesn’t deal. In fact he deals excuses is not reputable. Literally he has been avoiding me ever since , I’m not doing no more excuses. I’m not wasting no more time on him saying he’s gonna be somewhere and do something and he’s not and have an excuse as to why he’s not his Work actually had to call him over to check out the mowing situation with my vehicle only it wasn’t the right mower and I’m sick of him making these excuses I’m done with it. The resolution is he’s gonna have to take care of it.

    She had to go out of town, We had a rain day and one day we came out on a Thursday, we brought the mower to them and line it up and see if for some reason this could  be it. She is now saying she doesn't know the mower did that damage, I'm not sure what she is saying at this point, we turned the mower around and told her we couldn't have hit the vehicle.

    "Once again, I do not believe in excuses. What I do believe in is getting all the facts and letting the facts speak for itself. We DO NOT deny anything that we knowingly have done wrong as we have mowed this complex for around 15 years, and the manager at the complex can attest to that! We do not know where the vehicle has been, although ****** said it had been to ******* only. We are not saying that the damage was or was not caused by us, we don’t know. We want resolve to this so to simply state, we are willing to set up a time on a Wednesday (unless it rains that day, then another day can be established) to meet with all parties involved, with the mower we were using in that area, since ****** must not have been able to catch up with the mowers as of the date of this complaint." 

    The paragraph above are the closing statements made by myself in the last correspondence. We can make this real easy: We will be at your residence on Monday, July 15th, somewhere between the hours of 1pm to 6pm. We will bring the mower with us as I have previously stated and will get the facts to see whether we could have done it or not.
