      Very unreliable company. I live in an apartment complex (Hunter's Oak). There are 12 apartments in my building. One of the dryers has not worked since last September (2024). Twice now, since that time, the other dryer (we only have 2) has stopped working. Now it's been over a week, and still no dryers. Very unreliable company.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you and the other residents at Hunter’s Oak have experienced due to the issues with the dryers. We understand how important it is to have reliable laundry facilities, and we regret that the repairs have taken longer than expected.
      Please know that our service technicians were on-site Friday, June 6th, and replaced both dryers and one washer in Building D with updated machines. Additionally, on May 30th, we replaced a washer in Building B to help improve overall service.
      We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide dependable laundry service. If you have any further concerns or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

      Jetz machines continued to charge my card after I finished using the dryers. When I called customer service to get assistance, the nastiest person answered the phone. Wouldn't give a name and wouldn't say the company name, wouldn't provide a manager. However, after I asked for the manager she cut me off mid question and transferred me to the voicemail of a Victoria M. I have no idea who this person is but judging how rude the lady was I'm sure she went and deleted my voicemail right after I left it. I will just have to go to the regular laundry mat now. I've reported them to my credit card company and I'll be sending letter to their offices, but I doubt anything will come from it.

      This company actively looks for reasons to not appropriately pay employees their final paycheck/PTO. Even after filing a complaint with the Labor Board they claimed that they paid this out but still waited a week. According to Nebraska law they have to pay this out either by the next pay period or within two weeks, whichever occurs first. They consistently call employees on their days off and don't pay them for interrupting their time with family.

      Jetz does not respond to service requests even when they are urgent. We have a washer that's been called in numerous times because it stops during cycle. Now there are clothes locked in the machine. Called at 558am this morning but this is not urgent. Stephanie says they may get someone here Monday. This is the kind of responses we always get.

      Please note that we handle all service calls in the order they are received to ensure fairness and consistency.
      Regarding the issue you mentioned, a washer stopping during the cycle is often caused by the suds sensor activating. This happens when excess detergent creates too many suds, causing the machine to pause so the suds can dissipate. If this is the case, unplugging the washer for approximately 10 seconds and then plugging it back in will typically unlock the door, allowing you to retrieve your clothes.
      If you would like to provide the property in which you reside at as well as which machine specifically you are referring to, we will be happy to look further into your complaint and follow up promptly.

      Sent a message to the customer as soon as I received the email about the complaint. No phone number was given Customer service is our number one priority. We figure out the problem, then we fix it. It really is that simple. I left my email and phone number to help with anything.

      Terrible, unresponsive service. Machines are down for extended amounts of time. Being in a LARGE apt. that's shares washers and dryers, unavailable machines causes real hardships.

      Zero stars!!!!! Rude, flippant staff, no resolution, no apologies. Will NEVER use your equipment again!!!!! How the h*** do you people stay in business??? I will encourage all of my tenants/mates to stop using your equipment. What a **** waste of money! And, seriously, you're going to be mean, shallow, disrespectful & cheeky with me??????????? **** off!!!!
