At all three dealerships (*************************************************************** *), these guys all go out of their way to work with customers, in sales, parts, or service departments. Great group of people to work with!

      Mr. ******,
Thank you for taking the time to email in your comment to the BBB.

First of all I would like to thank you for your business, and I would ask that you review your copy of the paid receipt again, something apparently isn't making sense to you, but there are notes on the receipt that hopefully explains your questions. Your starter was bad on your machine when you brought it in to us. In order to test or work on your machine, we had to have an actual working starter to start the engine on your ATV. We ordered a new starter in order to do just that.

We also ordered a CDI and a carb to also test out your machine since we could now start the engine with a new starter. However as we explained to you the issue is apparently in the head of your ATV as it was still popping. We suggested to you that you take the unit to a ******** dealer to get a second opinion on the job since they would have more literature on your ******** ATV, we are not a ******** dealer at this location. We didn't charge you for these other parts since we took them back off the unit.

The bill was originally for 1 hour of labor (reduced from 2.0 hours) to do the testing and trying out of different parts plus the price of the new starter. Today 8/6/22 you said that you didn't want the new starter, so you asked if we would take it back off, which we told you that it would cost an additional 1/2 hour labor, which you agreed to today, so we did that. Considering that the starter that came in on the machine wasn't working, you would have been better off to keep the new starter but we did what you asked.

I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do when you authorize something sir? Your final invoice was $216.46

Mechanic that worked on your machine has over 30 years of powersports work, 15 of which he's been with our business, there aren't going to be very many techs out there that would have the expertise that our guy does. Hopefully you can find someone that can help you for the price that you want to pay.

I'm available to answer any further questions if necessary from you if you need anything else, just stop in the store. Thank you

My atv was not in there for a starting problem but a backfire issue and when i was there the first time and walked out to leave ur mechanic didnt know i wanted my starter back on it cause i never had starting issue and as he was trying to explain what all he tried to do he picked up my starter off pavement next to my atv and then tossed back at the pavement so ya i figured it wouldnt start after that for sure and u forgot to mention what u all did with my fender and gas tank bolts and why isng the one side of carb connected back to air cleaner i have pics and witnesses to this i just didnt need to go that far to make u look bad u know like i do it was a half ass job and i did take it to ******** they had it fixed in 2 days with new carb jets which i told u guys the same thing it didnt do the backfire popping noise till after carb was replaced and here u say its the head geez instead of working harder on justifying ur mistakes work harder on fixing the atvs for the customer the right way fhen u wouldnt have bad reviews that u have

Mr. ******, thank you again for taking time to voice your opinion. I'm glad that you were able to get your machine to another company, and if it's running the way you like it, great. If you read the other reply that we gave to this reporting service, I went over why we had to purchase a starter for your machine, please refer back to the previous entry. I'm not going to take the bait and comment on something that we have no way in which to verify what was/was not done, I have no way to verify anything you are stating at this point, sorry.
