Never subscribe to this newspaper! It is predatory and extremely difficult to cancel. My rate was $35/month for years. All of the sudden, about 6 months ago, it went up to $52. I called to see what was going on, and it turns out they had "automatically signed me up" to receive "extras" that I did not want or ask for. I was assured that they would be removed and that my rate would to back to $35. I had to call THREE MONTHS IN A ROW to complain about this, and despite their assurances, they never fixed the problem. I kept getting charged $52 and each customer service rep I talked to (all in Asia, clearly), had no record of my previous calls. I have been trying to cancel for weeks now, and keep being told that "the system is down" and that they cannot process any cancellations until a certain date in the future. Well, that date comes and goes and no cancellation is processed. I think I FINALLY got this cancelled, but it took me months and several enraging phone calls. This paper is horrible. Even besides the awful customer service, the paper arrives by Mail now instead of with a carrier, so the news is 2 days old by the time you get it.

I am having trouble getting my paper. I call each time I get the excuse I'm sorry. I will contact the carrier. Still no paper. Last month I cancelled my account because I got 3 papers all month. I restarted my paper on the promise I would be receiving my paper every day. Guess what nothing has changed. Dang all I ask for is my newspaper. I've lived in Rossville for over 6 years. In that time I had never filed a complaint. Got a new carrier nothing but trouble. I've even been outside when he went by still no paper. I'm tired of the excuses. They need to get rid of the carrier and start delivering my paper again.
