      Rented tables for a wedding. They brought the wrong tables. The owner and worker played off of each other acting as if the other was the boss and in charge in order to avoid responsibility. We ended up going to the rental facility to return the tables ourselves and pick up the correct tables. An employee led us to the tables we were to take in a warehouse filled with rat poop, tables covered in pee and a dog pen covered with feces. We spent an hour cleaning the tables when we got them back to our wedding facility. We asked for a small reimbursement for the time and trouble and the owner and worker were absolutely classless, arrogant and stubborn. We also discovered that getting back a simple security deposit is a work of art with these hucksters. Don't rent from these people. They don't automatically return your deposit upon you returning items in good order. You have to call and ask for your deposit back. I'm not sure this is legal.
