      Warning - Stay away from Woof's Play And Stay in Wichita. My dog was bitten by another dog during playtime and they did nothing to help her. They isolated my dog and called my wife to say it was only a small gash. When she picked her up, we took her to the Vet to find out that she had been bitten and that it would require stitches. It cost us almost 1000 dollars to get her wound treated. When I called Woof's they said they could do nothing for me because I signed a waiver clearing them of all liability. I would not recommend this place because the first time something happens, they will run and tell you it is not their problem.

      The health and safety of all the dogs in our care is our top priority. This being said, the Wichita store has a different owner than the Woof's in Topeka.

      Refused to take my pet for grooming today. Stated I was upset at last appt because business would not answer the phone and had my small dog for several hours. This was not told to me until I show up for appointment. Multiple people approached me about the old incident. None of these people were even present on that day. In fact the incident was so insignificant that I can hardly remember. Very poor customer service and support. This place is not special, they do average work and will have no trouble finding a better groomer.

      Letting customer dogs enter the facility with either expired vaccines or no proof of vaccines, which is against Kansas state law.
