Transaction 12/10 & 12/11/24 amount paid $7,696. Per email from O'harra's a commitment to excavate in front yard, around and underneath sewer piping $1400.Tunnel underneath home & demo out concrete around sewer piping exiting home $2000. Excavation around sewer piping and underneath sewer piping back towards kitchen sink $2000. Installation of cleanout in front of house & piping back towards kitchen sink & sewer pipe $2000. Told job would take 3 or 4 days. The commitment was told to me verbally, I stated that work cannot be started as I needed a written proposal prior to start, ****** emailed me the above description 12/10/24. ***** stated that he needed half the money up front the morning of start. I asked for before pictures (which he did not provide me). ***** worked for 5 hours. Payment was made of $3700. 12/11 ***** worked 4 hours & stated he was finished. I asked for a receipt & after pictures. He stated he would not provide neither until the other half of payment was made. Made payment of $3700. ***** refused to provide a receipt or pictures & became irate & stated "he did not have to provide a receipt.' Contract states "payment for all work ***e due upon completion." Upon examination, ***** did not perform tasks he was paid for. ***** did not tunnel underneath home, did not demo any concrete around sewer piping exiting home $2000, did not excavate around sewer piping & underneath sewer piping back towards kitchen sink $2000. He only replaced galvanized sewer pipe & kitchen sink pipe with PVC piping & installed a cleanout in front of house (4 PVC pipes & a few pipe connectors/socket materials were used). He charged $1400 front excavation & embellished. I questioned the time spent working (total 9 hours) compared to the 3,4 days. ***** charged me for work he did not do. He only changed 4 pipes, reason he did not want to provide an itemized receipt or pics. I was not provided most work he committed to but charged; he offered a refund of $2000. Not received.

We did give photos to before, during and after to ***. The phone number you gave us to give photos to. Also some people ask for money upfront before work begins. We asked for 1/2 up front. You were okay with this as you gave us **** number to call and get a credit card before we started work. You didn’t get upset with us until I gave you the final bill because I didn’t have the bill broken down. I did tunnel underneath the sewer pipe going out of the house and demo a small piece of concrete which I reimbursed you $2,000 for it. Sorry I was so fast at our job! We should have just taken our time and dragged ****! If we taken our time you would have been without a toilet for the night! And I like how you just showed your side of the text and not mine and showing the photos not the finished photos I gave you guys!!!
