    Potts Plumbing is still in denial that they failed in their installation of a bath faucet a few weeks ago. When I called to let them know their phone was answered by a tactless female who started arguing excessively with me from the get-go. It was definitely an installation problem but this tactless female kept threatening me with saying there would be a charge for coming out and that the NEW DELTA FAUCET was probably defective, which it was not. I finally made the repair myself and it is now working fine. So, if you use this unreliable company be ready to deal with "Miss Personality". I highly recommend using another company.
