      Swims &Sweeps is a pool company that my family has hired for years to help maintain our in-ground pools chemistry and operation. We even hired them to replace the vinyl liner, a very expensive ($4900.00) job that required them to take precise measurements etc, all of which was part of the job we paid for back in 2011. The next year after the liner was used the pool leaked and so we hired them back to fix the leak. That cost us over $1000.00 and seemed to work. Fast forwarding to today the pool liner is a wrinkled wreck and so we are considering which company to perhaps fix or replace the liner. I approached Swims&Sweeps and asked for a quote ($5900.00) and my pool liner map and dimensions since we did not ask for that information at the time we paid them to creat and replace a customized liner for this pool. They refused to give us access to our pool dimensions claiming that was their proprietary information generate by their unique skill sets (?). I am pretty certain that I can get an equally good job done at a better price from other groups in the area but I don’t want to pay for another round of liner dimension mapping if I don’t have to. I want my bought and paid for pool dimension data.
