    I moved into an apt at the address I have listed. No maintenance has been done regarding habitability issues such as; black mold, dripping plumbing, wallpaper falling off, ceiling flooded twice, improper lighting in hallways, stairwells and carports, has never been cleaned inside or out in common areas, entry door lock broken (secured bldg?) mailboxes have no names, intercom systems doesn't work ceiling caved in in laundry room, hallways and carports. The property manager has her real estate license revoked due to bank fraud and imprisonment! Why is she allowed to be a property manager with no license? There are 12 units in my building. Doesn't this constitutes commercial real estate?

    To Whom This May Concern,

    I ******** ******* with Arrow Property Services took over the management from *** ********** ******* in November 2024 for the building ****** ********** was living in. Performance Property Group no longer owns the property. ** ********** moved into her property March 2024, her apartment was inspected by the City of Topeka due to the fact she was currently on a program called Shelter Plus Care which is a program funded by HUD.  

    Hallways and Stairways have been yearly inspected by the City Fire department and has passed inspection. Once Arrow Property Services was notified that the entry door was not working properly it was fixed.( This happened last month. ) When Arrow Property Services took over, we have been cleaning all main lobby area's every other week. It is not a requirement to have names on mailbox's or have intercom working.

    You do not have to have a license for managing real estate.  *** ********** needs to know the full rest of the sorry about ******** ******* before she starts slandering ******** ******* or Arrow Property Services. I will press charges for slander if it continues.

     If *** **********'s had all these issues with her apartment she would not have asked what it would take for her to stay in her apartment. She was evicted for nonpayment.
