    February 7th I was charged $166 for tax declaration, but tax declaration was never sent to IRS
    You agreed this Information was correct and you agreed to give my money back
    I haven’t received my money yet.
    Please send the check again or tell me when should I (or a person I trust ) go to your office to get it.

    I mailed ***** a check but it was not cashed within 90 days and I was afraid to keep it in “circulation”.  Considering the negative online review ***** has written, the many friends she has sent to my office and also the friend that was impersonating a state labor employee she sent to my office, I have decided that my office will not be refunding her my fee.  I corrected her return, she was unhappy with her refund and, at her request, I did not Efile her return.

    Any further contact in any form from ***** will be considered harassment.

    Unfortunately, everything ***** wrote in her response is not accurate.

    I am done responding to someone who lies and will never be happy regardless of what I do.

    If ***** feels compelled to take me to court, I look forward to it.

    I have paid for a service that I have never received . And my complaint was not for the money ( it was not so much) but because the way she treated me. It has been awful . She shouted me without reason , she changed her mind without reason . I felt very bad and anxious every time I have to talk/write/see her.

    I asked for the money just because I want her to know that she cannot treat persons like that . I am not American but that doesn’t give her the right to not treat me in a correct manner. We are not American ( I am European) but we are not stupid 

    It is impossible to think she will apologize for her acts but at least I don’t want her to have not even a dólar from me. And if I could do anything to avoid people live what I have lived I will do it
