    Went to Tirez & More on 10/21/2024. I called and asked for a 195 60R15. They said okay, came in said what I needed again they said okay. They got the tire on, told all 3 of us to stay in the car even though I offered for us to get out. Didn't notice until the next morning it was the wrong size. Called them told them they gave me the wrong size, asked them to give me the right one. Was told they don't have any and that using the wrong size tire "won't make any difference I think." I said it will even though it's my back tire and I have front wheel drive it'll mess with my stability control and will basically act like a donut. He said no it won't. I said okay give me a call when you do have the correct size. They said they can't do that, said instead they'll take the tire back and give me my old one, said nothing about a refund. My old one has a screw in the sidewall and couldn't be repaired. Told him I won't be back and he told me to go **** myself.
