***** ***** provided myself and my neighbor a verbal quote of $8,000.00 for a tree that had been uprooted in a storm around 3:10am on the morning of June 9th. He had both of us sign papers which I can provide copies of. The second page listing equipment was blank and I signed. He did not give me a copy until today. The equipment list have been filled out and he has written my name on an "X"_____. I did not sign off on the equipment list. The list is inaccurate and the equipment he said he used, he did not. On June 10th they stood around most of the morning and finally used a bucket truck to cut some limbs. I only have a picture of part of this truck. He left for quite a while and brought back a truck and trailer that had a claw on it. He used it to pick up the large limbs he had cut. He also rammed my neighbors garage that the tree fell on. He had 2 people helping him this day. They were there until dark as he couldn't seem to figure out how to move the trailer without further damage. He ended up leaving it there overnight. They came back the next morning in between 9:30am and 10:00am and waited several hours for a crane that did not show up. He decided to use the claw on the trailer to remove the rest of the debris. He had 2 people (himself & another) working on this day. He drove through my backyard leaving tire tracks were he didn't even need to drive. He had asked if he could back it up along the fence line & I said yes. He agreed to accept the deductible and what the insurance company paid him. Both my neighbor & I have paid him the amount of our deductibles. He is now billing me alone for another $15,058.00. My insurance company declared a value of $6,000.00 for my portion. He is harassing me and threatening me with a lien and taking me to court. His charges are unreasonable and way above his verbal quote.

The disputed amount is incorrect. He is charging over $17,000.00 for a service that should be $6,000.00. I have paid him $2107.00  and will pay him another $3893.00 when I receive it from the insurance company.
