1 starCody in Topeka buys cars cheap at the auction and puts on the lot. Does not do any diagnostics before selling the car. Him and is rep also drink and do drugs on the job. Def steer clear from this company. Better luck at Auto Now getting a car that runs proper. Sold me a car that I ended up giving back because it was falling apart. Their customer service is rude as well!!Review fromMonika W

Ever since I bought my 2012 Durango brakes have been really messed up. They've been dragging like I am applying to break which puts a lot of stress on my engine and the fuel mileage is horrible because it cant get up to speed like normal. Ever since I've gotten it it's road rough as hell. Everything else about the vehicles just fine it's just those breaks have been very horrible. If the brakes fail and when were the other what's going to happen. If they all the sudden just lock up on me what
If someone rear ends me. And if all the sudden they just stop working all together and I can't slow down then I rear-end somebody else. For the first 2 months I've owned this truck I've been in and out of shops. I stopped going up there and saying anything about it because I don't have time to do all this that's the reason I paid payments because I thought I was getting something that was good to go. The truck is good but it barely goes. And I went to a shop to get it checked out and had to pay 50 bucks. They told me it was the front brake hose so I took the paperwork to drive now and they said to go ahead and get it done. But when I went back up there to get it done they rechecked and they said it was a back brake hose. So they fixed the back brake hose and now the front one is really horrible the rotor is all tore up I'm pretty sure the brand new brake pads on there are gone. And this is from the beginning not 2 months after not 3 months after the beginning when I bought the car initially. It was initially in Wichita so they had to drive it down here. And I could tell Wichita didn't check the fluids or anything like they were supposed to. Because the transmission fluid was low the front brake pads were totally gone. I really just want to trade vehicles because I'm fine with the payments but my purchase was horrible. I initially was going to go for a mustang until I saw the Durango. I don't expect a response. I need a trade. I put $2500 cash down on this truck.Drive Now - Topeka

Dear Mr B****,
We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns regarding your 2012 Dodge Durango. We understand how frustrating it can be to experience issues with a new vehicle, and we have addressed your concerns thoroughly and promptly.
We would like to address the specific points you raised:
We have taken your vehicle to multiple shops for multiple appointments more than one of the shops were not able to find any issues or concerns with Drivability or reliability. We paid for a repair at one of our trusted services centers in an attempt to locate the phantom issue. Mr. B**** and I had a plan in action. He was supposed to take the vehicle to a Dodge dealer to be inspected and have an expert determine the issue. Mr. B**** never made it to that appointment. I cannot fix a vehicle that is not broken. And I cannot force the customer to honor their appointments with shops to get repairs done. We will not be trading him out of the vehicle at this time as Mr. B**** Drives this vehicle daily with no issue.Kenneth B

For one it's not a new vehicle. And how many people jump into a vehicle that they're paying payments on where they have to run for the first two months back and forth to shop to shop because the previous holder of the vehicle did no maintenance on it because I had to fill the transmission fluid myself. And you've addressed no concerns promptly. I myself have had to address the concerns. And like you said I've taken this vehicle to many shops that did a little here and a little there. The first shop put on front brake pads which they said were gone totally. That didn't fix the brakes dragging problem. Then you sent me to another place that said the first shop twisted up the brake hoses. So they're the untwist those they did a fluid flush. Nothing got fixed there. Not even had one of your trusted shops tell me that they call and tell you people what's wrong and you tell him just to fix this or just to fix that. Then you call these trusted places and haggle on the price which makes them really mad. Just ask speedy brakes. It's funny how you guys think that brake problems are just pads and rotors and fluid. It's a very unprofessional and knowledgeable establishment. If you sell cars you should know a little bit about them. This vehicle was not serviced before I got it. And another thing not all vehicles are the same if you don't drive it daily you can't say or the trusted so-called shops can't say that there's no problem. I don't have time to take my car to dodge or the money to pay Dodge to look at a vehicle. Brakes are a very important part of a vehicle. Drive now thinks it has no liability at all with anything that they do. So we're supposed to honor our appointments all the time for months on end to satisfy you guys. The very point of getting a vehicle and paying payments on it is so the vehicle is ready to go not oh there might be this problem or might be that problem. If an alternator went out a water pump or something like that I understand. But from day one I'll repeat it day one the vehicles brakes have been dragging and locking up on me. They won't switch me out vehicles because that shortens their inventory and they're not sure that they can fix the Durango. So that doesn't benefit them at all. And I love how you guys say I drive this daily with no issue. Let's trade out your car for my car and then you drive mine for a week and see what the hell happens. But I know that I'll talk to you many times and you're very arrogant person at the Topeka location at least. He asked me about the vehicle the other day I came to pay a payment and I was talking to you about it and then you start talking to other people and walk the hell off. The business is not the problem I believe you are. I believe if they had people in there that would actually sit down and not degrade or belittle you telling you you know nothing about cars, then you have a better rapport with your customers. I told everyone of these I told everyone of these so-called trusted shops that my brakes are dragging the car won't get up to speed normally. If this did go to dodge and they said what I'm expecting them to say you're not going to want to pay for that. And speedy brakes already told me that they don't like doing business with you guys because all you guys do is call and complaining and gripe at him about the price of things. Speedy brakes told me that I had a issue with a front brake hose I give the thing to you guys say go take and get it fixed they look at it again to know it's a back brake hose so they have to get permission to fix that so then they fix it and it's still the front brake hose. I can see why they don't like working with you guys. And you can put whatever you want in your statement but I can see from everyone else's reviews that drive now or the liars. I don't want to have to talk to this arrogant ass again so the vehicles coming back. I'm kind of figuring now that's that's what they want so they get your down payment they get everything squared away with their money the vehicle screws up people don't want to pay the payments on a broke vehicle so then they get their vehicle back fix it and there it is again for sale it seems like a racket. I'm not ready to get in an accident because of these brakes so the vehicles coming back. So brake pads weren't the issue that's what they had done. So a rear brake hose wasn't the issue that's what they fixed. So draining out the fluid and replacing it wasn't the issue that's what they had done. So you're trusted shops are just there to fix what you want them to fix and not the real problem. No one has time to run back and forth from shop to shop when they get a vehicle that they're paying payments on. For one I have to go to work to pay those payments. Why don't you just tell people up front this is probably what it's going to be from the beginning so that they don't get a car from you. Oh that's the whole point right? I will go back and relinquish this car and my whole interaction will be recorded. So that you can see what an arrogant ass this guy is in a non-nowledgeable car person he is. Don't trust these people. Because as soon as I walk in there and try to relinquish my problem I'm just going to be pushed out the door. The last time I tried to talk to him three people came up and started talking to him and he talked to them and walked off. He does not want to hear what you have to say he acts like he doesn't have time for it it's too much of a problem. And he can come back with whatever he wants it doesn't matter. And people these vehicles come from auctions and trade-ins a lot of them don't get looked at they just get sold then it's your problem remember this.Review fromAllyssa M
