      The daycare my son attended at the time hired GS Memorymaker to take professional pictures. I ordered photos of my son in November of 2022 (invoice number ****) for $55.68. By the end of Jan/early Feb, I had not received the photos and the tracking did not show them as delivered. It took a while to get ahold of someone at GS Memorymaker (multiple emails, phone calls, and ******** messages) but I spoke to a woman on the phone (in early February I believe) who said that they had experienced this problem with other people's orders and they would reship them (at no cost to me), though I did not receive a new invoice or shipping information so had no way to track this new order. We moved out of the Wichita area at the end of March 2023 (week of March 20th) and still had not received them. I had our mail forwarded to us and received other packages that were ordered shortly before the move and mail forward, but not the the photos I ordered. On March 29th I messaged them on ******** to let them know we had not received them yet and asked if I could instead just receive a refund so I could then order digital copies of the photos, so I would not have to worry about the hassle of shipping. The reply I received was "Been looking for these. What email address did you use to order?" I gave my email address and received no more messages. I messaged again on April 17th, April 26th, May 18th, and June 14th with no responses from the business. I called their office number at ***** ******** on September 28th and left a voicemail detailing above and again asking for a refund. My voicemail has not been returned.

      We have sent these out to the address listed with the customer at least two extra times since the original order.  I have no idea why this has not reached the customer.  I do NOT wish to protest this claim.  I will gladly offer a FULL REFUND for the portrait purchases. My fear is that when I send this to the address that I have listed for this client, will it reach them?  Please respond with an address that I can send a US Postal service letter too.

      I was deployed when my daughters photos were taken by the company at her preschool and I have been contacting the company to try and purchase the photos. I’ve tried three times and once I send information about when the photos were taken and description and whatever information is needed the communication is stopped. I’m willing to pay for the photos. This was during a time I was gone serving our country and I just want to make sure I have these photos of my daughter.

      I have sent responses to *********************** several times.  She has not ordered anything yet.  Of course I want to make our images available to her for purchase. 

      On an email reply, I asked for her info, she replied: "?Yes it’s for my daughter ***** ********. She went to preschool/daycare at the *** ******* *** ** *******.

      It’s been a couple years since she’s been there but I was deployed during that time. Pictures were in 2019"

      At GSM we take thousands of photographs of children every year.  With this being nearly 4 years ago, I must have time to search our archives.  

      We are a small locally owned business and I personally support those who serve our country.  I will continue to search but it will take time.
