      I took my tractor to kan equip to get an injector pump fixed. I was quoted $1500. the company in great bend actually did it for less which is great ( approx $1200) sorry the paperwork is with someone getting a timeline of the events wrote up for a lawyer. it took them 6 months to fix my tractor they called me and said I needed the head fixed on it which was like $585 which I paid to a different company for fixing. they simply had to take these parts off and put them on. other companies fixed them. I have had to pay $10,428.87. they decided they would do a lot of other stuff to my tractor while it was there which I did not know about. I simply wanted those things fixed so I could sell my tractor which cost me $10000 when I bought if prob 6 years ago. they claim the wrote off $13,112.47. I asked them to give me a detailed list of what I've paid for and what they wrote off so I would know. they will not give me the pricing on what they wrote off and I don't see how it adds up to what they claim. i know there's little things but Ive had to pay around $9178.87 in labor and parts I did not know about or ask for. when I ask them they say to contact the BBB they'd love to talk to you or a lawyer which I am working on. I also had the store manager show up at my house wanting money 2 weeks after I got the tractor back. they had it 6 months to replace small parts keep in mind. if you have any help i'd appreciate it as i've talked to many people who have had the same issues. thanks

      I worked there for a year. As a shipper and receiver I started out as the summer help. As a felon and with a condition of bipolar. I was to except the demands of the company and of the in charge or seniority over me. I did all that was needed and asked to do. Unfortunately new software and a new store manager. Changed the way Charge account were handled. Seeing customers leave disappointed and talked about is not what I was working there for. Parts put away not on inventory really had me on the edge with my name an job on the line. The rumors and gossip behind my back was also the last straw of the crap I went threw being employed there at KanEquip. So I quite. And am on equal employment.
