    Took 3 machines to get fixed sept 2023. Have taken all 3 back because they were never fixed and still have 3 machines that don’t work. They will not refund my money.

    Attached are the 3 separate forms that ***** ****** left with her three machines to have serviced.  All three embroidery machines were serviced and cleaned by our   *** ***** has over 50 years of experience servicing and repairing machines.  *** reviewed all the comments on the forms and serviced the machines.  *** ****** picked up the machines on 09/30/2023.  Each machine was cleaned, oiled, and tensions if needed where adjusted as our service center does on any service.  An embroidery pattern built into the machine was stitched out to verify the tension of the machines.

    One machine form indicated that the bobbin thread coming up through the top of an embroidery design.  *** ***** indicated that there was thread in the bobbin case that he removed.  He also balanced the tensions in both the bottom and top of the machine and he performed another stitch out to determine the tension balance.  A sample of the final stitch out was left with the customer.

    ***** ****** called our store approximately five months after her machines were serviced. She described tension problems with her machine which can be caused by old thread, thread breaking, incorrect sized needles, etc. Several weeks after this phone call she came back to our service center in person said she had been using one machine for projects and her machine was unable to read a file from an old SD card. She said I wanted that fixed when my machines were serviced (September). She did not have this request on any of her forms. Nor is our service center capable of repairing old SD card technology, or corrupted files. As mentioned above when the original service happened, we did our standard service of sewing and embroidery machines. We take special care to note or help customers fix or troubleshoot specialty questions or technical sewing issues they may have. Our shop was unaware that her technical problem was of a machine embroidery SD card no longer working on her machine. Just as flash drives age, so do electronic solutions such as SD Cards. We gave ***** some steps to help resolve the current situation. We do recommend she reaches out to whichever company she originally purchased her SD card from and request a replacement SD card.
