      They treat there customers bad. I will not be back at west street until they learn how to treat people.

      I give them no stars just because they moved to a different location. They still doing their same cheating, dishonoring people out of their money out of their Bingo. Somebody really do need to put a stop to this bingo hall because everybody keep complaining. I have been playing bingo there for years. I do complain but after tonight I’m done. I will not go back to the bingo hall again.. they sit up there and read the rules of what they gonna do and then they don’t even honor their route. They don’t even stand behind their own words so why do you even bother to read the rules if you’re not gonna stand behind them?. So today is January 11, 2025 I was at the Bingo Ohio. Their new address is 1930 S. Oliver Wichita, Kansas and their name is Bingo Casino and they call it East location was their plan the mega tonight I was ready for O72. I’ll look up on the monitor. I see O72 sitting there. So he proceeds to call O71 Soon as he called the number I say very loud no what happened to O72 then after I say something, another lady say something then he turns around and say oh O71popped out. OK, my thing is all night long when they have a number pop out they will say that a number just popped out and they will put that number in front of the number. He never said that number popped out until I had a problem with it because I knew what I seen other people seen the same thing I seen, but he honored the other person Bingo at 71 and then said the hard lock number was 72 that’s not right so they just literally said they cheated me out of a $500 bingo. Wonder why people get mad and be causing problems you know y’all sitting up here playing with peoples money. They need to be turned in to the state and I will be doing that and also calling the news station. I’m trying if they doing people like this and think that it’s okay . This is not right and I will also be calling the owner too again. They need to do better and stop the cheating. I’m tried of this and this is a new year DO BETTER

      I give no stars because this bingo how they're picking choose to do what they want to do in this house and they're always in there messing up cheating people out their money and it don't make any sense at all they say how they want to stop if they're in the machine ring but when the machine green they'll stop calling the numbers and wait for the person to raise their paper up and that's not fair to everybody else in the bingo hall it clearly says if you have a bingo you must stop the caller I have been going here for years I mean years and I have watched so many things happen in this bingo hall I've watched somebody full of gun out on somebody one day and they did not make the lady leave that's crazy when his kids and you're playing bingo, I feel like they need to take the machines out of there bingo hall because they're always having problems with them to where they have to stop and restart the machine, I still feel like they cheated me out my $500 and I feel that for them to be responsible I still feel like they owe me that $500 game because they did not follow their rules that they make for their bingo hall establishment so you can just pick and choose what rules you want to break and which ones you want to enforce that's crazy to me I don't understand that
