  They have taken advantage of the elderly. They are nasty and maintenance is slow. The place is filthy with trash an cigarette buds everywhere. Tried to go on a walk with my 5 year old couldn't do that because of the smell of weed everywhere. My son is allergic and said he couldn't breathe. People not picking up there animals poop. Not to mention the giant pot holes everywhere.

  Not liking being belittled already and I haven't even moved in. Not liking that I'm not able to view my apartment before paying, that's a lil suspicious. I can tell ya why they have just anyone and everyone staying here because they tell you to do is lie on paperwork and to put illegal stuff (such as lying about employment ect. The city should do they're job to clean this shit hole up, but this is Wichita for ya

  Horrible management. Garden pines as well,no office management,having to chase around to pay rent. I have health issues,and am not capable of driving around to chase,to pay rent. And receiving notices,but no one can b able to be in the offices to pay anything. I’m very irritated,this is ridiculous. They rent to just a bout ANYONE that will give them money. Horrible residents,trashy. If I was able to leave a review without a star at all,I would’ve.

  I would like to make a formal complaint (written) against the management of one of your properties...Buttonwood Tree - 9211 E Harry - Wichita KS - 67207. I believe your property is being run into the ground by the current property manager Cheyenne and Leanne Carter. I have made a small list below of my complaints....
  -all I simply wanted to know was what I am paying in total this year so I can compare it to what the new contract amount is. She is so lazy that she told me she couldn't look it up. They apparently can't do that????
  -not performing the obligations set forth in the rental agreement to check fire alarms, replace furnace filters, and spray for bugs in a needed consistent and timely manner. she says it is because of covid but she does none of the above but on perhaps a yearly/annual schedule. they also are not shampooing carpets when we renew our lease even though it is clearly set forth they will do so in the rental agreement.
  -this property is infested with mice and ive put in service request after service request and I still have mice pooping on my countertops!!!
  -when i need maintenance they come and go as they please without informing they have been in my apt
  -Leanne is just a plain mean and incompetent person who has no qualms with threatening or belittling her tenants. i know numerous people around my little side of the building that have been harassed by Leanne.
  I have never been treated with such utter disregard and disrespect! No other apartment complex ive lived in has treated their tenants this way. No one deserves this treatment. Help please!!

  Mice infested apartment and cockroaches crawling up the walls. I have caught 62 mice on glue pads. Leanna the Manger told me that if I caught any mice on the glue pads after office business hours or on the weekend I would have to wait until the office is open for the maintenance men to remove the live mice. I am terrified of live mice and leaving it on the glue pads for days is a health hazard concern.
  Mice carry fleas and cause many health problems. The mice droppings are a hazard to clean. Mice are a health hazard along with cockroaches crawling up the walls.
  Trash, furniture and mattresses surround the dumpsters 24/7. I had to call the ************* to have dead tree limbs and branches removed. I have pictures of the mice caught in the glue pads. This apartment complex is a health hazard. I have contacted the ********************************* regarding the mice and cockroaches. ******** pest control sprays on wall in the KITCHEN AND THEY LEAVE. THEY HAVE NOT GOTTEN RID OF THE MICE FROM MY APARTMENT. SIX MONTHS OF CATCHING MICE ON GLUE PADS AND 62 MICE LATER. STILL AN INFESTATION.
  
  My heater and air conditioning unit is new and it makes a high pitched squealing noise when it runs. Leanna said I need to get used to it. The website advertises units with garbage disposals. My garbage disposal quit working and they removed it. Fraudulent advertising of garbage disposals. The laundry facilitiy on south side of complex near Building 13 has been broken for over two years.
  
  The West gate entrance is locked 24/7 and FIREand EMS have to go through the main entrance. Illegal entrapment.
  
  Please contact the ************************ to address these issues. Leanna the apartment manager has done nothing to address these issues.
