    The service and communication here is TERRIBLE!!!! I had an appointment on 1/16/2023 at 1:00 pm to have a device installed. TWO WEEKS later I still didn't have my car back. When I could get them to answer the phone they kept saying the unit was bad and they had to order a new one. Then when I finally said forget it I'll come get my car and take it somewhere else, then they told me for "some reason " it wouldn't start. Ended up having my car TOWED to a different shop on 1/31/2023, just to get it running again. It ran fine when I took it into John's. Now when I call the number it's out of service and we have driven by there several times and no one is ever there!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!
