    The guy is a crook. His MO is to take your money, make you wait weeks or months and then claim it was stolen. Any positive reviews were probably written by him or one of his henchmen. City and county attorneys are afraid of him and won't file charges. Police do nothing. KAKE on your side won't touch him
    Stay away.

    Won't back warranty on lifetime parts. Ben said to get him the failed radiator then give him 1 hour to get the warranty exchanged. I gave him plenty of time. He claimed he's waiting on a call back to see if the purchase was made wherever. He said I could go and buy another radiator. He can't remember where he bought it. The business may or may not be in business. I still have original invoice from shop, but I was never given original receipt for parts.I'm out $200.

    Due to the radiator being installed in 2017 we were having difficulties finding the supplier we used for the radiator. Customer was advised that we would warranty the part once the issue was resolved later that day. Customer decided to not wait the rest of the day for us to warranty part. Customer decided to not warranty part and purchase again from parts supplier. We did everything we could to help the customer and still can warranty part if needed.

    Worst place to take your vehicle for any repairs, *************,take for ever to complete the job,they overcharge for repairs,there is no transparency on their part,stay away from this place or you will regret it,work they did for me it took them 10 weeks when it was supposed to be done in 2 weeks, they charged me almost 7k when the estimate was for 3.3 k I asked for an itemized invoice and he refused, asked for proof of parts he used for (extra repairs) and he refused, worst part about the repairs they did for me is that after 4 days of using my vehicle I still have problems, it's been 1 week since they have it back in to check the problem, no no calls or any information about what the problem is, we called to ask and they got mad and told us not to call again that he was going to call us when he had any information.
