      We had Bath-fitters in to do our bathroom. They came and handled it all smoothly, and the job seemed to be completed successfully. Fast forward, to about a year later, while upgrading our bathroom floor, our super attempted to removed the sink. He immediately stopped when he looked at the valves underneath. He explained to us that the valves used were not to spec and posed a safety hazard. We got on the phone with Angela from Bath-fitters hoping to have someone stop by and take care of the issue by changing the valves, but she quickly became argumentative, and insisted that our super, NOT Bath-fitters had worked on the sink last and that Bath-fitters was not responsible for the bad water valves.
      Angela was dismissive, condescending, and patronizing during our conversations. After agreeing to send someone to come look at the valves, she called back and began to argue with my wife about sending someone over.
      We are disgusted with this company, and will tell everyone possible how bad, rude, and incompetent that they are! We want to vomit just thinking how awful their customer service is. I wish I could leave ZERO stars. This company should be out of business!

      Installed a Bathfitter shower in 2010. Love it. 2023, the shower doors no longer roll and the top of the door frame has come loose and off. Called *****************, who installed and is a Bathfitter franchise. No response from either ************* or Bathfitters about coming to fix (lifetime warranty, mind you). Tried multiple times and different ways. Be wary before proceeding.

      Got off to a rocky start, but Bath Fitter totally made up for it. Derrick was the best and extremely professional. He was hit with both negative barrels from me when he finally showed up 3 days past installation date!! We were BFF's at the end of the day!! Highly recommend Bath Fitter!!!!!

      Very expensive for a piece of plastic that goes over the tub. Advertised as bathroom remodel and only do bath tubs. They do the typical sales pitch of "for you today it's this price, but once I leave it's this. For example on price I was quoted $7600 and $10,000. So like I said very expensive for what it is.
