    This debt collection agency has sent us 5 text messages/alerts dating back from December 12, 2023, 2 notices in the mail as well as called us a few times concerning a debt of $432.00 to Grene Vision Group. I have a receipt dating Dec. 2023 showing full payment to Grene Vision Group for the total amount. Grene Vision group does not show any records of us owing this debt. The debt collection agency will not accept a receipt from us showing that we paid this debt. They claim to have reached out to Grene Vision 2x and have not received a response. This has been ongoing over 6 months with an inaccurate debt that has been reported to our Credit Bureau. Eleos Services’ representative will not call Grene Vision. I have talked to Grene Vision on their behalf multiple times and Grene Vision states that this agency has not reached out to them. Grene Vision has stated they have reached out to them and the debt collection will not clear the debt. This debt collection agency representative has now refused to work on our case. **** did not like the way I was defending my debt when I told her I had reached out to an attorney and had stated that she would no longer be working this case and hung up on me. I was told that I will owe the amount in full until Grene Vision provides a receipt. Which Grene Vision has and we can as well. This debt collection agency is falsely reporting a debt we do not owe and this has continued for many months with no resolution.

This debt has never been reported to the credit bureas, nor will it be reported. If you have any other issues, feel free to reach out and we will work hard to resolve it for you.
