      I recently had $10k patio and driveway work done that was unacceptable. Some reinforcing work was so sloppy that I had to make corrections before concrete was poured. A control joint was missed that allowed a crack to form 4 months later..
      Opp’s response when contacted about the crack was to send me a copy of their ‘warranty’ letter and suggest that I caulk the crack! Their warranty states that “normal shrinkage cracks cannot be avoided.” That’s what properly installed control & expansion joints are for. They appear to count on that language as an excuse to avoid correcting any mistakes made during construction!
      Concrete work done for me by Opp 4 years ago was good….. I really expected them to be better than this. I can post pictures for anyone interested.
