    I purchased this printer in January 1, 2023. I have tried to use the printer with my computer. I followed the manual, registered the product and downloaded the driver for my computer, but I have not been able to use it when I have used either the wifi or the usb cord. I have only been able to use it when I have used the Canon app, but this has led to other problems such as my phone being hacked.
    I have called the customer service line 4 times, gone through the chat window 4 times and I have still not been able to get help with finding the right driver for my computer.
