I have a Dental Office in Derby, KS and was approached by Caitlin S**** of Acumen Connections that they worked with our dental software, Softdent, and that they could save us alot of money on our credit card processing. I sent my recent credit card processing statement and filled out an application to get started with their company. A few days later I was asked to fill out another application with a different credit card processing company and was told that this was due to Softdent requesting such information. I called Softdent directly and was told that they don't work with this company and had not requested such information. It suggests to me that someone is lying or spreading incorrrect information. I asked Caitlyn S**** to destroy my original application, but am now told that it is being reviewed by Softdent. Something just doesn't add up with how this company does business.

We work with many dental offices in the state, and it’s true that our services do integrate easily with SoftDent. However, we don’t have an “exclusive” partnership with SoftDent. This may not have been articulated as effectively as needed. We value our reputation for trust, transparency, and satisfaction, and apologize for the miscommunication on our end. We encourage you to please read our Google reviews from other merchants. We just really wanted to help you, and would love to talk so that we can resolve this, and can help clarify some elements!
