    This location is in Texas. Complaint details indicate guest is located in Kansas. Guest needs to address concerns with the Kansas location.

    The guests chart only states she was told to discontinue Body Sculpting services but I do not see a Dr. note on her file.  Could she please respond with the Dr's letter as to why she should discontinue all services at iCRYO.  Many of our services help with surgery recovery and I do not see a note on file that was delivered to the center from her Dr.  for the reasons that all services should be discontinued.  Again, as a response as a small business, these hours were purchased for her services as a rental contract from the body sculpting company Artemis that I use for the machine.  The guest paid $2625 which was heavily discounted for a 10 Pack (Regular Price = $3990).  The rental of the hours needed was $1900.  Leaving me as a business owner only $725 profit on this package of services, which also goes to paying my staff for completing those services, insurance, and other business expenses.  This is why we have a strict return policy.  Please have the guest upload the original dr. note for review.  I would also be willing to discuss with the Dr. the benefits of our services in surgery recovery as well as most guests are a candidate again 6 months after surgery.  Thank you.
