    I called them on March 10th to get a one day deal on my dentures. I hired a car, got a hotel room and get up there, they take my money $690 cash and they say they can't get them to me. It took a week and a half to get my teeth in the mail. I put the top in and couldn't get the bottom ones in, I put the bottom ones in and they just didn't fit. I hired someone to take me back to them to get them adjusted. They worked on them and they still didn't fit. They couldn't do it that day so I set up another appointment. I was supposed to be there on Tuesday and they texted me on Monday and I didn't get the message until 7pm in the evening. My daughter and I went and they called while we were going up there and we said we just will get our money back. They said I would get my money back in 7-8 days and it has been 19 days. I spent about $800 to get my dentures and still don't have any teeth. I still don't have my money back.

    On March 16th, 2022 I went to Affordable Dentures and Implants ** ******** ****** to have some teeth removed and a denture made to replace the teeth. I purchased a package, (for $*******) that included removal of the teeth and a Temporary Denture. This package also included periodic adjustments to the temporary denture until one year later when a new "Final" denture would be made and given to me. Now, on April 3rd of 2023, I went down to ******* for my final denture. I arrived at 10am as scheduled and they took an impression. I was supposed to receive my new, Final Denture that afternoon. So as before I waited patiently until around 2:30pm when they called me to the counter and told me I would have to come back. They could no longer provide the "Same Day Service" that I had contracted and paid for. (Their website still advertises same day, in house lab services) I live in ******* ****** about *** miles from them and find this additional trip an unacceptable expense. After a short discussion with some rather **** and ****** assistants it was agreed that they would send the final denture to my home and if it required any adjustments that I would simply call and make the necessary appointment. Now on or about April 17th 2023 Affordable Dentures called and told me they had my denture and when would I like to come down and get it. I reminded them of our previous arrangement to send it to me and they once again agreed to ship it to my home. Finally today is April 28th 2023 and I still have no denture and they are not answering their phone nor have they responded to the messages I have left on their machine about delivery of said denture. I therefore am left with little choice but to file this complaint with the BBB regarding their performance in this matter. I request that you look into this and maybe, just maybe you can get them to full fill their agreement to send me my teeth. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

    We have been in constant conversation with patient.  The day she was here we tried to get the denture ready for her same day at her request and that is why she says we didn't let her know until around 2:30.  Unfortunately we are one of those business falling in the staffing shortage problems.  I am sorry that Miss Eva feels so frustrated.  I send her dentures out via *** so she should have them in a few days.

    I received my denture and it does not fit. Now I am forced to travel all the way to ******* again just to get an adjustment. My appointment is Wed the 17th. I will follow up about this situation at that time.

    My name is Carrie ********* and I am filing this complaint on behalf of my mother, Janice *********, who had an appointment on October 11, 2022 with Dr Don ****** at Affordable Dentures and Implants to get a new set of dentures. The office made impressions of the dentures and told us that they had to send them to ********** to be made. Dr ****** said that they take about 3-4 weeks to come in. I called around November 10, 2022 to see if they had come in. The lady that answered the phone said they take about 6 weeks and they are not in yet. I called again November 21, 2022 to see if they were in yet as this would have been the 6th week. I was told they were not in, but they would check and call back. I did not receive a call back. I waited until the next week to call back, at that time I was told that they should come in this week (December 5-9). I was then told that the facility in ********** that makes the dentures had an issue and their computers had gone down. I told them that if the dentures were not received by December 9th I would be contacting the District Attorney and Better Business Bureau seeking a refund so that I may go else where to get dentures in a timely manner. The last office person, Marnie, I spoke to told me she would have her manager all me back shortly. No one ever called me back at all. It is unacceptable that she's had to wait over 2 months for new dentures that she paid $**** for up front and was told by Dr ****** that they would take 3-4 weeks. At NO time has the office of Dr ****** attempted to contact me about her dentures or tell us there were delays, I have had to contact them . While delays are understandable at times the utter lack of communication is NOT!

    My mom originally paid for her dentures on her **********. The total was $****. She has misplaced the receipt *******************. I will call her credit card company and see if they will provide me with a copy of the payment for additional proof, if needed.
