    I had my timing chain initially repaired by this shop in August 2023. By December 2024 my vehicle would not start. I had a diagnostic done by 2 se***ate shops that indicated my vehicle was out of time and recommending the timing chain be replaced. I contacted ***** a second time regarding my timing chain. He agreed to replace the timing chain under warranty. I towed my vehicle to him January 21. I called or texted several times during the time period he had my car regarding the status of repairs. March 18 I called ***** and he notified me a piece of the crankshaft broke off and he ordered the ***t to fix it. He said the ***t was coming from Detroit and he would call as soon as the ***t came in. I called twice on March 31st and he informed me he was still working on repairs it would be a couple more days. I called on April 4 and did not get an answer or message back from him. On April 8 ***** called me and told me he had my car towed to Professional automotive repair to have them look at my car since he took it a***t and put it back together 3 times and it was not running properly. **** the mechanic at *** said my crankshaft pin was damaged and my car needs a new engine. My boyfriend went up to *** and spoke with **** on April 22 and **** stated the previous shop messed up the crankshaft pin. **** provided me an estimate of $8628.35 to replace my engine. The crankshaft was not an issue when advanced diesel performance received my vehicle on January 21st. They caused damage to my engine when trying to repair the timing chain. I just received my car back on 5/15 with the engine halfway taken a***t. I would like to be compensated the cost to replace my engine.

    I am not sure what date my vehicle was towed to professional automotive repair because it was not communicated to me by the shop until after **** at *** already had my engine taken a***t. April 8 was when I was notified my car was no longer at advanced diesel performance. They have not been in possession of my vehicle or done further repairs since April 8
