    When we signed up for driving lessons, we were told that driving lessons would be prioritized so that we can complete the course on or around when the driving permit was going to expire. When we went to sign papers for the course, after all the papers were signed, we were told that we couldn't even schedule any driving lessons 6-7 weeks even after the written test portion of the course is completed. They also asked additional money if we need to accelerate the program. We told them that this does not fit our timeline and that we would like a refund. The business refuses to issue a refund on our full payment of $***, which takes only seconds to do on ******.

    Client signed up online and paid in full at that time. They came to the group appointment to complete the registration where they learned that being assigned to a driving instructor can take up to 6-8 weeks after the classroom date. They were also told individually that due to their needs we would try to get the student assigned to drive in a timely manner so that they could be done around the time that their permit expired, which we would have done had we been given the chance. They were also offered the option to purchase a "Fast Lane Pass" which guarantees assignment to a driver within 10 days. Client decided not to have their student take class and asked for a refund at their registration appointment. Less than 24 hours later he had filed a dispute with the credit card processor, which then delayed the refund itself. He refused to converse respectfully with our staff or retract the dispute, even though we told him that the dispute would delay the refund. A full refund was issued and the situation has been resolved.
