    We built a new home through **** **** ************ with DOD being the fireplace installer. Upon installation the 2 decorative side pieces inside the fireplace box were not installed correctly and broken, they blow over and break more every time wind comes through the vent. We moved in Aug 27th 2021. The installer stated he would let DOD know to order new ones and he'd be out when they came in. We have made numerous attempts at contacting DOD to get the situation addressed. They told us it was all under warranty and it would get replace when the piece comes in. When we checked, originally around November 2021, they said the warranty person was fired and the replacement piece was never ordered. They could see the paperwork was there for it to be replaced under warranty. They stated they would get it ordered and let us know by the end of the week when they would be out to install the pieces. Since then we have made multiple attempts at contacting DOD, leaving message that do not get returned or when we do get someone to answer the phone, they simply replay-"yep, we need to get that taken care of before winter hits." This piece is not effecting the fireplace working it is simply a broken piece that can bee seen from the room the fireplace is in. It would be nice to not have a cosmetically broken fireplace.

    We have had major issues with the manufacturer of the ****** fireplace and have parts on order for months and they have come in broken and a missing parts that are ALL on warranty for them. But fortunately they have come in this week complete and we have an appointment to install the last parts next week.

    I still have not received the correct piece for my fireplace. We've been in the home for over a year now and we still do not have everything complete. They tried to install the panels but they were the wrong color so new ones we're supposed to be added. Still have not heard anything back.
