We contacted with Tailored bath remodeling on Feb. 13,2023 and gave them a $9300 deposit on that date for them to secure the needed materials. Their installation was to take 3 days. on May 23 the installers arrived and the first thing they said was they didn't have enough materials for the job. They notified their office of this and proceeded with the work. At the end of 3 days they left with only having the shower near completion. Several communications originating from our end, they told us they had the materials to complete the job the last week of June. The scheduler said he would have a crew here on July 5&6 to finish the job. On July 3 he telephoned to tell us they DIDN'T have the materials after all and would look into it when he got back from vacation. After not heaaring from them we AGAIN called on July 12 and was told he would check and call us back. After not receiving a call back we AGAIN contacted him on July 13 and was told that the person who was to have ordered the material was getting married and didn't because "her head was elsewhere". He said the material would be ordered and he would let us know when he gets it and schedule a crew. Today is July 13,2023. We have been without a bathroom that was to be completed in May over a month and a half!!!

I mistakenly typed they arrived to begin work on May 23,2023. It was actually May 24th. The worked the 24,25 and 26th before leaving due to shortage of materials.

Final straw today. We were supposed to receive a call from ******** the scheduler for Tailored, about the status of our shorted material but never heard from him. My wife called him this morning and was told they received some but not all of it. I got ahold of *** ***** of Tailored who I was told was the head man. I told him that I was done with them and for them to not plan on me waiting any longer. He offered several excuses and apologized. Told him I would like a refund of the portion of the $9300. He offered to come finish the job after the materials arrived and would discount the final payment $2000. I told him I Have been hearing the materials are on the way for the last 7 weeks and they never seem to show up. Told him I was done with them and would see him in court. You may close out my complaint.

December 2, 2022 was the appointment with the salesman Rich *********. He came to our house to look at our bathroom ***************************************************************. We discussed a walk in shower installation. He quoted prices to us and showed us different models and material that they use. He asked for a check of $***** for a deposit so they could look for a company to finance the project. He did not give us a receipt for the check not did he give us any paperwork of the paper that I signed so he can see about finding a finance company to approve of the project. We received an email from a finance company called ****************** that the the loan approval had been canceled. We never received any contact from the salesman Rich ********* so we took it to mean that we were not approved. He says the another finance company approved of a loan for the remodel but we never received any emails from them at all nor from Mr. ********* himself until my wife called him for me yesterday. Then he sends me something that says this loan company sent an email to the ***** email that I use *******************. We never received any such email then he said they sent an email to an email account I no longer use nor did I ever give it to him or anyone. I asked him for my $***** check back and he tells me that they already ordered the things needed for the project that according to him was not to start until March of next year. I want a refund of or return of my check that he has or his company has in their possession. If they could call me and set up an appointment on the phone with me in the first place then they or he should have been in contact with me again since then. *************************************************************************************** I was not given a choice as to using another finance company after I was turned down by the first one.

Hello John and Linda. I wanted to apologize it sounds like there has been some lack of communication on our end and for that i apologize. As soon as the office was made aware of this by Rich we've tried to contact you a couple times. 1st was Saturday and we spoke with Linda and she said she was sick so we told her we would call back first of week. And today we have left voicemails on both of your numbers we have. On December 2nd Richard came to your home and you both Signed an agreement for a new Bathroom remodel. Looks like Rich ran you through a couple Finance companies (**************** and ***************) to try and find you the best rate. Based off the better rate he took the Loan through ******* and canceled the other loan through ********. While he was in the home you guys also signed all the finance documents. Our System is set up once it is signed to Email you directly a copy of your agreement. I double checked what email we have on file and it would have sent to both of the following ******************* and*************************. Finance company also would have emailed you a cancellation email from ******** and emailed you the loan documents from ******* you signed. On the agreement on bath it would have came from ********* contractor. This is the platform we use for estimating and E-signing agreements. Based off all the above this is why when office seen this come in they went forward with and ordered the materials from Agreement. As soon as we heard anything different we had management reach out to you guys.
The last thing we want is someone not comfortable with what they have purchased. Please call into our office at your earliest convenience so we can try to get this worked out.
