Sam was awesome. They were here on time and Sam fixed the problems right away. The price was more than reasonable. I'm definitely calling Midwest Mechanical next time I have an HVAC need.

I was expecting many out-of-state guests and the AC stopped working. It was 85 in the house, so I called Midwest Mechanical. I spoke with Marsha and explained. She said they were all booked-up, but in a caring and compassion way, she said not to worry, they would take care of me. And they did! They sent Angel and he truly was an angel!! He was prompt, professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Immediately, he replaced a part that he had with him and we soon had a cool house! This company is a "keeper". I highly recommend them because of their high-quality service!Midwest Mechanical Heating & Air

Our ac suddenly stopped working and Midwest was able to schedule a technician asap to come out and evaluate! Billy was our technician and he quickly figured out and solved the issue! He was also super informative and respectful of both our home and cat! Would 100% recommend Midwest and Billy.
