    Mike did a fantastic job with the home inspection. The inspection began at 8am and was finished around 10:30. He made a thorough inspection of the entire house, inside and out. He immediately created a very thorough PDF document including detailed descriptions and pictures of all the issues, both marginal and defective. He then talked me through each marginal and deceive problem, one by one. I don’t know much about home maintenance and I fear some of my questions were quite ignorant. But Mike patiently answered each question I had. He even gave me expert advice on how to remedy issues in affordable ways. I love having this PDF report of the inspection because it essentially is a do-to list of things to work on over the next few months. Mike was a trustworthy and honest inspector. I highly recommend API Home Inspections.
