    I hired this company to literally just check and make sure that ******************** removed all of the mold in my basement and write a report on it so we have it when we sell the house one day. We moved into this house as I was getting out of the Army in June. Come to find out, there was mold in a corner of the basement that wasn't disclosed to us so we had to pay to have it removed. My kids were sick from this and it was a nightmare. I paid $125 to this company to come to my house, visually inspect for mold along a 15' wide wall, then type up a report about it. Not a long job as one can imagine. He then emailed me just some words about his inspection, in no formal documentation, just some words with no subject line, just a paragraph, even got my address wrong so that doesn't help me at all.

    I then contacted him multiple times asking for my actual written/typed report because I want to cover my bases, especially if we sell this house one day. Dale, the owner told me that he will get it to me by a specific date. Those dates all passed and he never did it. He told me he would do it, multiple times, and never did. I am a recently separated US Army disabled combat veteran and ********************************* frankly, directly disrespected. If you want a good quality inspection done with good follow ups and reports, do not go through this company. *************************************************************** ***

    It sounds like you are not happy with the level of service you received from our company. It sounds like you were looking for a specific type of written report on the condition of the mold in your basement. We apologize for any misunderstanding.

    Upon reviewing our records, it appears that we recommended a more comprehensive level of service that would have included the written report you were looking for. This level of service would have included a thorough inspection of your entire home, including the basement, and a detailed written report with findings, but you declined this level of service. This inspection was further complicated by the fact that the hired mitigation company was still working on the issue for you when we were present to inspect.

    We apologize for any confusion and for not meeting your expectations. We understand that this is a frustrating situation and we are committed to ensuring that all of our customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
