      Service is unreliable always out with continued messages of service work in my area. Terrible customer service had to dig on their website to even find a contact number after online chat said it would be fixed after the area repair was done, to which it wasn’t fixed. Now received a notice of a 5 day outage/repair time of course they will bill me for the entire month,

      If I could if Jason A**** and this company negative stars I would! This whole process has been more than awful. Trying to get phones switched should NOT be that hard since this is your JOB! He's out here ruining businesses and thinks it's funny!! I hate this company!!! DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT S*** SERVICE!!!!!

      I have a business account with Cox, to say the least; the last couple of days have been nightmares trying to resolve the issues; once I resolve one, another one pops up. To say the least, I was getting quite frustrated with the upgrade sales calls to get me to move on to fiber. With the final issue I called in to resolve, I called in honestly mad and ready to let whoever answered the phone have it. BUT..... What I failed to plan for was a customer service rep who instantly pulled me in and helped me solve the issues; now, rather than placing me on hold while he was solving these issues, he had a convo with me and made me feel more at home. Kyle W***** deserves to be promoted and made to train others . He not only solved my issues, and calmed me down before he even knew I was pissed, but he made me understand the importance of actually going to fiber. Thank you Kyle. hopefully, this makes it way to the top to see how customer service used to be and maybe one day with your help it gets there again

      Have been trying to cancel Cox TV at our business for 6 weeks. Are told we have a business rep we must deal with who claims we are under a contract that renews every year (conveniently 2 weeks before we tried to cancel.). We have been with Cox Business for over 7 years and never knew we had a deadline each year to cancel. Phone calls are not returned even if we had tried to call before our contract renewed, there would be no way to cancel it. We have made 10+ calls to them in the past 6 weeks and have gotten nowhere. Unbelievably bad customer service.

      Cox Communications Newton Ks 67114 didn't disconnect my service when I called & requested it & fraudulently charged me on auto pay for 2 months..without my consent. I had been a customer since 2009 & never ever used easy pay all those years..and only made ONE time payments every month..I had to call them AGAIN to get disconnected & they only refunded me a partial payment instead of the full amount due. And said they'd send me an address label so I could return the equipment since the store I picked the equipment up at had closed..Now they refuse to send me the address label & said they're going to charge me for the equipment..This is fraud.

      I have had internet service with Cox in Manhattan, KS. for two years, two very long years. When we have had this service, we are lucky to have working internet for two weeks every month. I pay $126, and some change monthly not to have service. I would go elsewhere, but the other companies that offer service in town do not have the necessary speed. Based on the lack of service I have received, the lack of customer service, and the inability of the technicians that have come to the residence to "fix" the internet, I'm essentially out over $3000.00 for the money I have paid for service. In these two years, we are now on our 9th modem; just this week, in two days, I have been on the phone with them for 4 hours, and I am getting nowhere. I would give them a negative rating, but unfortunately, I have to give them a 1 star so that people can know what a terrible company this is. Stay away from this company unless you like shelling out money for nothing!
