    Please find a different company to work with. I had to call the police after 2 of their associates forced their way in to my garage, physically threatened me, and refused to leave.

    I called them to come make a key for my ignition cylinder, the mechanic that was building the cylinder and the locksmith that was called somehow had a misunderstanding as to who was doing what, resulting in the locksmith not measuring the pins for the cylinder. Both the locksmith and the person driving became highly agitated, yelling, arguing, and threatening.

    I told them that I have no issue paying the service fee, but I would do so through their supervisor as they are no longer welcome on my property. They forced there way in to my garage, opened my car, started taking pictures of the inside, I would imagine looking for the VIN number.

    Police came and made it clear they had to leave.

    Following that, their supervisor called me threatening to come to my house or he would take lien out for the $55 service fee. I told him that I had no issue paying, and that I would come to him the following morning with cash in hand as I did not feel comfortable giving my card information to him over the phone. He stated that he would have the same two people come back to my house and collect if I did not pay him immediately and that he would have no problem suing me for $55.

    I informed him that I would be recording our call as he was threatening legal action at which point he finally decided I could bring him the cash the following day.

    I cannot speak to the quality of their work, as they did not actually do anything, but this is a company who's ethics and moral values do not mirror my own, or what I would look for in the service industry.
