    I expected more from a doctor's office than mayhem. When I expressed my discontent I was dismissed or ignored.

    I have requested a refund for the appointments I will not use that I have prepaid for. This includes three doctor visits and four health-coach visits. I've left a voicemail with the office manager as well as the head doctor **** ***** with no acknowledgment.

    First and foremost, we are issuing a refund today per request despite client signing a non-refundable contract.

    We have on multiple occasions been in contact with the client to not only resolve the issue, but to listen and find opportunities to better serve the public.  Unfortunately, we were experiencing staff turnover when she started and hiring and training new staff takes time.  Secondly, we are a doctor's office and while it would be easier for most people to get into their doctor in the evenings and weekends, like most offices, we are closed after 5pm and on the weekends.  We were unaware of the discontent until the client raised her voice and cursed at our new front desk staff.  The health coach who had been working closely with the client called and left a message at the end of the day to ask how to better serve her and we did not hear back until months later when she left a message for management demanding a refund for her unused apts.  Again, as initially stated, all clients sign nonrefundable contracts to commit to the health plan.  It is not common for people to not finish their health plan and even more rare to have someone demand a refund.
