      I just wanted to leave a positive note here, the two reviews are 1 star.
      I have never had a problem with getting my results here and the billing has always been straight forward. It sounds as though the satellite office needs to get their ducks in a row.
      I have always liked the service I have received here.

      We have called the third party biller (or had BCBS of Kansas call) multiple times regarding a billed amount which shows on EOBs as a part of another service so should not be billed separately.
      This third party biller is the only provider from a signficant health issue that could not get any of the insurance information correct which resulted in multiple refilings. How many people pay a $300-500 bill because they don't know that they should not?
      KIC providers do a good job but I would never utilize them, if given an option, to avoid their contracted third party billing service.

      I had a work comp injury, and they keep trying to bill my personal health insurance and me. I have spoken to them 3 times on the phone. Every time, they say they have fixed the issue on their end. Yet, I just received another bill. This has been going on for 6 months, over a bill less than $10.
