      I keep getting a bill from labcorp for a service on 12/15/23 and every time I call they say I don't have any unpaid bills. I now got a letter and a call from a collections agency because labcorp sent it to collections. The collection company told me to call labcorp because I told them all my bills are paid. They said they are going to mark it as disputed and send it back to labcorp but said labcorp is just going to send it to another collection service. I just got off the phone with labcorp and they are just telling me to call the collections company back because all my bills are paid. Do you have any suggestions of what I can do to get them to stop?

      My wife had services completed on 6/15/23 with Labcorp Kansas, Inc. They sent us a bill in late July and I paid it for the full $372 not realizing that it was never processed through our insurance because they had the wrong information. It took us until December 2023 for them to realize they owed us money once it was properly processed through our insurance. They owe us $207.64. In early January customer service said management had to approve the refund and this would take four week. Since that time we have contacted customer service many times and they said they are only able to email management about the refund. No refund has been processed and customer service is unable to properly notify "management" of the refund. We are very frustrated.
