The dealings that I experienced with this business has been completely unsatisfactory and upsetting. The process of scheduling an appointment was unclear. After having made an appointment online and receiving confirmation via text and email that the appointment was scheduled, on the day of the appointment I was expecting them to arrive, I waited for over 45 minutes for them to show up to the scheduled and confirmed appointment, they never showed up. I find that the company apparently needed another confirmation before showing up. This was not listed as a requirement nor communicated to me in their confirmation text or email that it was required to respond to a text or call from an unknown number. The appointment was cancelled by the company, then the company called me with a bad attitude, never apologized for me waiting on the business to arrive, never acknowledged that the business website did not list that an additional confirmation was required for them to show up to their appointment. She said they needed to get ahold of me somehow, before I was able to explain that them simply showing up to the already scheduled and confirmed appointment was how to get ahold of me, the lady hung up the phone on me. She accused me of hanging up on her when it was her that hung up on me and behaved in a childish and unprofessional manner on the phone and text. I emailed the company stating that I was extremely dissatisfied with their business. Not accepting that she had lost a potential client, she continued to text me over the next several days, and early on Sunday morning to carry on the problem saying that I was ignoring her and again accusing me of hanging up on her. The behavior of this lady from the Lucky Dog Mobile Grooming company was bullying and borderline harassing. The communication received from this business was extremely inappropriate, unprofessional and upsetting. If a person behaves like this how would anyone be able to trust their dog with them? I sure wouldn't.
