    The guys that came to move us were polite and treated our items with care.

    My experience with them was absolutely horrible! 05-24-22: Paid a deposit and scheduled the move for 06-27-22 06-26-22: I called them to confirm that they were coming and was told they cant make it! Rescheduled the move to 06-28-22 06-28-22: they did not come and when I called them they postponed the move to 06-29-22 06-29-22: finally came hours after the scheduled time The two movers themselves were polite but they came without a dolly, blankets, ropes, or any tools (not even a screw driver!). Most of my furniture got damaged with scratches and chips during the move. When I contacted the owner with photo evidence as soon as the movers left, he told me that he would file a claim with his insurance company and asked me to send copies of purchase receipts for my furniture, which I did. It has been 3 months but I have not been reimbursed for the damages and every time I call him, he says he'll follow up but never does. Horrible service!
