    I have paid for my contact lens prescription and the doctor is refusing to give me my prescription without coming in for another appointment for no reason other than to just check and make sure everything's still okay despite my assurances that it is. I want what I've paid for. This is ridiculous.

    Paid for contact exam on 6/11 and was scheduled to go back to complete. Wasn't able to make first appointment and a second was rescheduled. Was then told that a $50 fee would be tacked on if I had to reschedule for a third time. Didnt make second. I called to reschedule for third time and was aware of $50 rescheduling fee. But when I called they did not want to complete the exam and want to charge an extra $85 to start a new one. Why am I being charged an extra $85 for services that were never completed on the first one. I would like to pay the $50 to finish my contact exam like they stated
