He did not give me eye exam. $119.00.Only used his focus machine. twice on each eye. That was it.I purchased frames for $62.00 and $69.00 for single vision lenses. Plus $149 for transitions out of pocket because his staff said my insurance would only cover one or the other not both. Which I called my insurancecompany after 2nd appointmentand that was a lie.He put in a free pair of contacts. That night I called office left a message due to not being able to read my book etc. With diffrent strength of readers. I called next afternoon. Appointment was made For the following week. He said I needed bifocals to be able to not wear reader's.****** never said or mentioned I needed bifocals at that 1st appointment. When I was ordering glasses or contacts. At 2nd appointment ****** said I needed bifocals I said well yes I want bifocals why wouldn't I since I had told him I needed them to see with everything now. So he then proceeded to place contacts roughly into my eye which My eyes was continuing getting worse in pain by him being so rough. He changed precription with contacts but not with glasses. The next day Steve said I had to pay $260 out of pocket to add bifocals. Picked up contacts glasses wends,Friday I put glasses on because my fresh pair of new contacts were making my eyes hurt and blurry vision. My glasses I can not see nothing up close or far away. I can't read street signs I could not drive myself home with my glasses. I could barely see the the white or yellow street lines. On coming head lights were making my blind. Single vision lenses. But they are really thick and coned out of frames bad. Very heavy.I have thin wire frames with same strength and there is no thickness on any part of lenses My insurance does not go over a certain amount each year. ****** has now took $420 for contacts plus $119exam from my insurance company and$260. Out of my pocket and I now have to go to a new eye dr. To have a real exam done and right precription for glasses and contacts.

So  I know BBB said to be patient.  That the company may not nor has to contact you back.  It also states BBB Could send me  to another company that could also help me. I would like that. I have also called my insurance company.  Made a complaint about not getting full eye exam not being told I should or need to have bifocals.  Before ordering my lenses. ***** said I was getting older that was it. He knew I had to wear reading glasses all the time and he just said I should be using 150.  Then when I could not read anything with new contacts. Went back to office when he was avaliable then he said with hesitation I could get bifocals contacts. He said they would cost more. Which they did not. Glasses were there but didn't see the point on trying them on if the prescription was not correct. And with his man handling my eyes to put contacts in I definitely wouldn't see out of them. Steve was to call me back never did I called then he told me it wiukd be another $240 260 out of my pocket again to get bifocals added. Plus the lenses are very thick for a single vision. Like a elderly thick glasses. I will do what ever is needed for then to refund insurance and myself so I can go get proper care. Plus he knew I was haveing eye issues still didn't check and my family eye history still didn't check. My insurance company has my complaint and will do what their policy includes. I only get a certain amount for eye care. I am disabled and on Medicare.  As ***** was also aware. I feel discriminated because he knew I was disabled and he knew what kind of insurance I had. He also knew how limited my funds were. ***** knew I could not go to another eye dr. My contact dropped on the floor while he was handling it he ***** didn't even rinse it off just continued man handling my eyes to not get contact in again.  I might of missed stating somethings etc. But I am furious and also part of my disability is ability to type for long.  I would like that other company information please. You can send it through email if you like. Thank you
