Terrible customer service. Bought a chain that had kinks in it. Returned it next day to only get yelled at and humiliated. They kept my receipt now that I'm asking for it back or a copy they won't give it to me and said I have to be nice to receive a copy "see what happens when you be bad" was his exact words. This man get fired from jobs because of his ways of getting over on people and being RUDE!

This lady is a liar we sold her a gold chain which she handled and checked it over and purchased it. She brought it back the next day and it was not kinked but broken. She came in and demanded her money back she did not want the chain and she was rude and loud. I told her we were not responsible for her breaking the chain and would not give her a refund. But to get her to shut up I told her I would let her trade it back on another chain even though the chain was no longer sellable. So she did she traded it back in for a pendant. And after we went out of our way to make her happy she started shouting and being rude and telling us she would never come back again I told her good we did not want customers like her in our store and there is two employees who witnessed and heard everything and if she doesn’t stop lying and giving out false information about our business I will file a lawsuit against her. This happen over a month ago and she got made a filed this report because she called and wanted our help because her jewelry got stolen and needed a copy of her receipt and one of our employees told her we would help her but she needed to apologize for what she said to us.

It's the truth. File what you want but everything I'm saying is the truth the necklace wasn't broke it had kinks. I recorded the incident is the thing and my mother was witness when I bought the chain. Not apologizing you as a business look bad with the replies you keep saying. I don't need it anymore i will never apologize to people who treat their customers with such disgust.
