    We hired Beachy to build our home. It went relatively smooth for the 1st few months and then they fired the person running the build. We had to scramble to figure out what has been done vs what still needed to be done. There had been no tracking on the company's end so that slowed down the build a lot. Then, halfway through they changed our payment plan we signed and agreement on at the beginning of the build. They wouldn't continue to build until the final and full payment was made. We didn't have our house finished for another 5-6 months after final payment. We moved into the house before everything was finished but it was livable. We still had the fireplace, master bath and a few other things to finish while we lived in the house. The front concrete had to be redone because the flooding was so bad. When that was done, we noticed that there was open wood framing on the outside of the house and a huge separation from the concrete and house as well. This later caused water to come in through the floor on the front side of the house. We contacted them to come and take a look but after numerous attempts, they have not responded. We still have a few things that need to be fixed as well. A storm shelter with a normal door on it and no door frame. And another door in the garage without a door frame. We have not had a final walk through of the house, note of full payment or warranty information on anything in the house. We have a ton of support documents as well as photos if needed.
